With mushrooms, tender steamed baby bok choc on brown rice. It's a good thing. I had delicious dolmas, lemon with chips with red pepper humus for lunch and a tad of artichoke humas to top it. A sweet kiwi for dessert and I am replete.
I feel so lucky to live in this land of plenty and varied bounty. Food so simple and delicious. It feeds the body and spirit.
